Good questions

No. They open your campaign link, complete the task, then enter their email, a social link, and a screenshot. That's it.
You do. GospelQuest collects and organizes the entries; you approve them and deliver the reward you promised, using the participant's email.
Each entry includes a screenshot and a link to the participant's post or profile, so you can check both before approving. Each email can have only one pending or approved entry per campaign.
Only you, from your own dashboard. Other businesses can't see your campaigns or entries. Participants are told their email is shared with the business running the quest.
You're responsible for running a campaign that follows each social platform's promotion rules and the laws where you operate. Some platforms restrict rewarding certain actions, such as reviews, so check before you launch.
